Cate Freedman is an actor and writer who is currently living out her dream as a member of The Second City National Touring Company. Freedman has acted in a number of films and shorts that have been featured on Comedy Central’s Tosh.0 and screened at festivals all over the world, including the Vimeo award winning improvised series, “Break-ups”, for which Cate received a Best Actress nomination at the 2011 Midwest Independent Film Festival and the HBO GO series, “Single Long”. Freedman also has the honor of creating comedy with five of her best friends in the critically acclaimed all female group, The Katydids.
